About Us
BlueWaveAI is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Phoenix, Arizona. We specialize in lead generation, paid ads, and booking automation exclusively for epoxy and concrete coating contractors. We help our clients get qualified estimates on their calendar so they can focus on what they do best — closing jobs.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads coming through our clients' ad campaigns. Your job is to call, text, and follow up with leads quickly, qualify them on budget and timeline, answer their questions about the service, and book them onto our clients' calendars using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
This is not a passive role. Speed and communication are everything; leads need to be contacted within minutes of coming in and followed up with consistently until they book or are disqualified.
What You'll Do
- Call and text inbound leads within minutes of form submission
- Qualify property owners on budget, timeline, and project scope
- Answer basic questions about our clients' services accurately and confidently
- Book estimates directly onto client calendars inside our system
- Follow up with unresponsive leads on a set cadence
- Keep detailed notes and update lead statuses inside GHL after every interaction
- Communicate clearly with the BlueWaveAI team on lead activity and pipeline updates
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English — this is non-negotiable
- Highly organized with strong note-taking habits
- Some sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable on the phone with property owners across the U.S.
- Preferred experience with CRM systems — GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus
- Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection
- Available during U.S. business hours — 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously — we expect this role to scale to 8-10 active accounts over time as the agency grows
* Bonus points if you have any knowledge of concrete coatings or epoxy flooring — not required but appreciated
Compensation & Hours
Position Type: Full-Time Remote
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST
$1,200/month base + performance bonuses based on estimates booked
